Shipping Policy

Free Expedited Shipping over $160 In ON,QC and over $200 for the rest of Canada. 

Free Regular Post Shipping to the USA over $230

In certain situations we may be able to offer a lower shipping rate dependent on product dimensions, weight and destination. Email us for inquiries. (We may ship Worldwide)

We offer FREE local pickup to customers who have pre-paid for their products; please contact us first. We do not operate from a storefront. Our Toronto distribution hub is located in the east end. We offer Expedited Shipping (1 to 7 Business Days). We use real time shipping rates by Canada Post. Please note any consequential delays due to postal strikes, holidays,  environmental impacts or other, is beyond our control. However, we will try our best to find a reasonable solution if possible. We offer worldwide shipping providing your region is setup with Canada Post. We may utilize other shipping companies to provide you the fastest shipping option at our discretion.

Orders generally ship within 1 to 4 business days; however some orders may take up to 5 days. If one or more items are unavailable at the time the order is placed, the entire order will be placed on backorder until we receive the missing item(s) in stock. You are responsible for checking the status of your order. will contact you if your order will be on backorder for more than one week. reserves the right to charge more shipping fees and bill client the difference if the website shipping estimate is not close (+/- $2) to the actual shipping cost calculated after order is placed. If client refuses to pay the difference we will cancel the order and give full refund back.

International Shipping rates are based on Canada Post's and or UPS rates (we may use whichever carrier is most suitable for the order at our discretion including Domestic orders). We may at our discretion include a small fee for processing, stronger box and more packing materials to ensure your item reaches to you safely. Please note, you are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees. If you reject the shipment or it gets sent back to us for any reason; buyer is subject to 20% restocking fee plus materials and additional incurred costs. Note, shipping to the EU may incur additional fees; which the buyer will be responsible for. Buyer is responsible for reshipment fees plus any incurred expenses. 

Note, is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All of our packages will be insured for the value of the item with the consigned carrier. 

Return Policy

At this time we are not accepting returns on used items, or exchanges. 

Please note we cannot guarantee shipment times if there is a postal strike affecting the sender and receiver addresses. Returned shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for resending shipping costs for reshipment if necessary. 

If any item is damaged in transit, we will require proof within 12 hours of receipt. A ticket with the carrier used will be created. Please consult the manufacture for any warranty or defect related concerns. We do not provide any warranty on our products due to hygienic concerns. 

Conditional Refund Policy 

We will fully refund an order if the items are not in stock on our error when ordering. If items are broken or missing in transit, we will replace that part; pending the outcome from the shipping carrier. You must notify us within 12 hours of receiving you’re package. In the event of an approved refund, all relevant items must be returned back to Dealcabin before the refund process can be initiated and in new/unused condition. 

Note: refunds and replacements are only approved based on our discretion for the above due to shipping related reasons or if the replacement item is out of stock. 

Cancellation Policy

We will fully refund an order if it is cancelled within 24 hours from order date and still within our procession (not shipped). 

Can you send me a tracking number?

We will send you a notification and tracking number via email when we ship your order, or you will receive one from out shipper who is Canada Post in most cases. If you haven't received this email, it's probably that we haven't shipped your order yet. It's also possible that the notification email has been trapped by a spam filter or landed in your spam folder. Please look there. You can avoid this problem by adding our email address to your email address book.

How do I track my order?

Go to and track your order there, using the tracking number provided to you by email.  

Note, we are not responsible for missing/stolen items after they have been deemed successfully delivered by the courier
